Delivery Information

Australian Delivery

The delivery charge for orders sent within Australia is $12.00 per order.

If the total cost of your order excluding delivery is over $100, the delivery charge will be free.

For Australian delivery we use the Express Post system who will deliver to Post Office Boxes, RMB's, etc.

Small items (see below) will be sent by regular mail.

Small Items

Some of our smaller products will have a lower minimum delivery cost. For example, patterns and threads will usually have a lower minimum delivery cost.

The small items with a lower minimum delivery cost will have a note on the Product Details page, and these will sent via regular mail.

International Delivery

Sorry, we do not deliver outside of Australia at this time.

Other Delivery Information

We will pack and send your order as quickly as possible, please allow at least 10 days before making a delivery enquiry. If a tracking system is available for your delivery option, you will be sent a tracking code for it.
