Manufacturers sometimes update or change their display packaging and there may be differences between the photo's of packaging on our website and the packaging being supplied.
Please choose your products carefully. We do not accept returns of products because you have changed your mind, nor do we give refunds for these products.
Our products come with certain guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Please refer to the ACL website and publications for more information.

In addition to your Statutory Rights, you may also return a product if it is damaged or faulty upon receipt of delivery to you.
To make a claim under this Voluntary Product Warranty; within 14 days of receipt of the product you are required to contact us and provide your full name, the order or invoice number, the reason for requesting a return, and whether you would like a refund or a replacement.
If your claim is accepted by us, we will make arrangements with you to return the product. Upon return of the product to us, we will take the corrective action you have requested (refund or replacement).
You will receive credit for any delivery fees paid at the time of purchase and any reasonable amount paid by you to return the product to us. If you choose a replacement item you will be required to pay postage for the new item.
Please keep a proof of return when you return products to us. This should be a receipt or similar from the delivery service you've used. Otherwise, if the returned products goes missing in transit to us, we will treat the products as not being returned. It is your responsibility to ensure the products are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit.
